Tattersalls Book 2 contingence are similar to Book 1 selling thirteen lots for a gross shy of 1.4 million Guineas with an average 106,000 Guineas compared with the sale average of 86,000 Guineas. Topping our draft was the lovely Wooton Basset colt out of Beluga, a home-bred of Westerberg sold to Charlie Gordon-Watson for 350,000 Guineas. We also had a really good result with a pinhook of our own, a Blue Point filly who we purchased at Goffs for a €6,000 and sold to Thurloe Thoroughbreds and Peter and Ross Doyle for €120,000. Overall, we were really happy with the sale and hope the horses can produce the goods on the track.
